The front of it with the headlights looks like they crossed a Jeep with a track mobile. It even has side rods.

No argument there Curtis. The Trackmobile sign is visible on the side of the engine hood. Those headlights just make me think Jeep.
I believe that would be a Whiting model 5TM Trackmobile. It was the first model in Whiting’s Trackmobile lineup to be equipped with a fully enclosed operators cab. The 5TM also offered a choice of gasoline or diesel powered engines. I see this particular unit has the hi-tech heat inducing radiator cover securely fastened in place.
