I love this landscape. Minus the hydro poles, it would be perfect. Flat fields, rolling up into low rocky peaks. The ballast train is approaching the village of Bar River; with all 20 cars and both locomotives stretched out in plain view. It's still another hour or so along 10mph track before the train can make it up to a "blistering" 25 mph. Hey, still better than 179 miles of 10mph, like it was only a couple years past.
