I heard that CP #246 today was going to be heading down the Niagara area with a CN as trailing unit. It was a blustery cold and windy day today and I was not in the mood to head out to wait anywhere for this particular train. Perhaps the CN will be leading tomorrow Feb 6th as train #247? Not to worry. If it does, this is what it will look like. CN 3026 and CP 8813 stopped at the Welland Yard office as train #255 close to three years ago. There. I have just saved a trip to Welland. :o)

  1. Power wyes in Buffalo about 99% of the time. 247 was in Fort Erie before 10am this morning so should be in Welland now.

  2. PS it was blustery as hell yesterday but 562 did go down to Vale, so not a terrible day to be out. ;)

  3. I heard that; and if it was a better day, I would have made the run. Thats a tough catch.
