Caption: Heading south on the Government Spur, having just crossed Clarence Street. The line here has no crossing lights, so it is under the Watchman's eye as they creak down the tracks. With Cylindrical hoppers in tow, the GP9RM's are headed for the Maple Leaf Mill and Port Colborne Grain Terminal (ex - Ports Canada - Government Elevator). The tracks here exist from at least 1907, and when the Government Elevator opened in 1908 the facility was connected by a Causeway through Lake Erie that supported the rail line.
