    This is very nice – so BN had rights to Nelson? What happened to those rights? Thanks for sharing.

    Stephen: BN had rights from Troup Junction 6 miles east of Nelson and when they abandoned north of Salmo B.C. the rights were extinguished.

    Hard for me to imagine Nelson ever looked like this. My last run thru there just featured the remains of the old shop, rubble on the ground, and a tattered-looking station.
