Caption: HAPPY FRONT END FRIDAY! Being such a nice day for a drive and having to go to St. Thomas anyways, I arrived early before my appointment and had a little time to kill. So, why not venture over to the CN yards, and see if there's any action by way of the OSR. Wouldn't you know it....just having arrived into the yard with a decent string of tankers to be dropped, was 1400 and 6508. However, having seen previous posts, hoping one could clarify if this was the 'Cayuga Clipper' or the 'Tillsonburg Turn'. Nonetheless, talk about 'pomp and circumstance', but really just plain LUCK!

After waiting a few minutes, they switched out and reversed out of the yard down the former CN Cayuga Subdivision. Note to the left of 1400 the ties are still in place of where the line was double tracked, likely just a siding. One can only imagine the days of previous F-units for all different roads using this line. Thankfully St. Thomas still retains not only some action, but keeps its railway history intact despite losing some vital pieces through the years.
