Caption: Goderich-Exeter Railway (GEXR) GP9 177, departs the large Sifto Salt mine in Goderich, Ontario with three hoppers and heads up the steep grade towards the yard on April 28, 1995. The former Cartier Railway unit would operate on GEXR until 2002, after a damaged main generator sidelined it for good.
