Caption: Go cab car 303, the only car in the new paint design in this consist, brings up the rear of the departing 5:15 at West Harbour. Above the train the west end station bridge stands, still under construction (along with most of the station). In the background are some tank cars of interest under reporting mark DPRX, seen with the very noticeable white tank heads. DPRX stands for Deep Rock Refining Company, who has these cars to haul crude oil. The cars seen in this photo though are in asphalt service. A sign of the times. With the recession hitting the oil industry car demands are way down. So companies are either storing cars or leasing them out for use with different commodities, like we see here. Taken from the Harbour West parking lot. (Thanks for the info Peter)
