GE Dash 8 IC 2460 in ex-LMSX Conrail blue (aka C40-8W) together with Dash 9 CN 2601 drag train CN 422 upgrade through the CN Snake (Road) crossovers and into Aldershot Yard using the west yard lead.  Passing though the yard works better when the cars to be dropped are on the tail end, as in this case.

  1. Unusual to have the “parts” cars on the tail end of the train. Normal for 435 but not for 422, especially if they have to lift from the head end before setting off. Nice shot
