Caption: Freshly overhauled GP40 that CP was leasing in the late 90's had a variety of owners before HLCX. Born as a New York Central unit it also saw ownership from Penn Central, Amtrak, Conrail and the Kyle Railroad.

    I see it has a new set of steel belted radials. :-) Okay, silly joke, just funny how on a locomotive new wheels are indicated by fresh rust.
