Caption: Four burly MLW C424's lead by CP 4239 head southbound on the Nephton Sub bound for Havelock, coming down from the Unimin mines at Nephton and Blue Mountain with covered hoppers full of nepheline syenite. The four units are coming through the rock cut at Mile 10 by County Road 44, one of the few crossings along the line.
This was about the spot where a scene in the movie "Martin's Day" (1985) was filmed, where the main characters hijacked a train for fun at the crossing, lead by a CP C424.
