Caption: Former Greater Winnipeg Water District (GWWD) GE 44-tonner 101 is seen in CP's Quebec Street yard in London, Ontario on February 5, 1994 having just arrived from Manitoba. During 1994 the Ontario Southland Railway (OSR) had acquired four GE 44-tonners from GWWD, which were numbered 100-103. Units 100 and 101 were sent for switching duties to W.G. Thompson & Sons large elevators at Blenheim and Rodney, Ontario while sister 103 was acquired by the Port Stanley Terminal Railway while 102 was retained as a parts supply. Both 100 and 101 were eventually sold by OSR to W.G. Thompson & Sons during August 1997. Photo by Carl Noe
