Caption: For someone who was brand new to shooting trains, this was a pretty exciting scene for me. Pictured at centre is 550, led by 4726 (a unit which I grew quite fond of during this time period, mostly for its ratty appearance) with 7025 and 4770 trailing, slowly creeping ahead to clear a switch so it can shove back into CargoFlo with those three plastic pellet hoppers. At right is SOR 4003, switching the yard with four hoppers for Bunge, gons that are likely for Triple M, and a boxcar for Parkdale Warehousing. At left, passing through Stuart on the hot track, is 422 with 2631, 5401, 5475, and a healthy string of parts cars for Oakville on the head end.

Looking at google maps, I may be remembering incorrectly what 550 was doing at the time. They were creeping ahead in the shot, but likely clearing a switch to work the yard. CargoFlo was on the itinerary for them at some point that day, I have just forgotten the exact sequence.
Was CargoFlo switched by CN?
