  1. Train crews are not allowed to use cell phones while on duty. Only onboard personnel perhaps.

  2. She shut the door so I guess she is train crew.

  3. Well she is actually a onboard servive employee. VIA got rid of actual train conductors many years ago. Engineers are the only ones left, although the onboard service people have to know certain of the same rules.
