Caption: Date not marked, but I know this was mid-June, and the strong sun and late shadow makes this look like it was taken on the longest day, or close.
The shadows play havoc with this one, but still; not a bad shot considering how late the train was coming out of Hamilton. Appears to be 72, 402 and 75. Not sure of the middle unit.
The cross and the mound in the pic is a 'Do Not Trespass' sign. No, the gravel was dumped there by the MoW guys. It is not the final resting place of the last trespasser. :o)

Nice shot, TH&B power and a look back around the curve. I don’t think that sign applied to you.
I know sometimes the Starlight didn’t go back to Toronto till after 6;00 p.m.
Did the Starlight operate run to Lambton or all the way to Agincourt Mr Mooney? Great composition as the cross commemorates the ‘To Hell and Back’ acronym.
Not sure, Brad; but I thought Agincourt.
Far as I know the Starlight went to Agincourt. It also sometimes had traffic for Obico.
To Brad’s question, it was Agincourt.
