Caption: CSX Conductor from D724 is on the ground manually activating the diamond with the CASO sub at Fargo, despite by this time only about a train/year on CN for storage cars in Fargo's small yard. He's at the brown CN building, which was built to replace the NYC era hut (to left). D724 (Tues/Thurs) was a Chatham to Blenheim to Sarnia turn and motive power was bought down from Sarnia to Chatham by the morning's D725 ex Sarnia. Crews would taxi from Sarnia to Chatham of course. This twice/week service to Blenheim was reduced to once a week under CN (generally on Saturday mornings) and has been about this ever since.

The Sarnia subdivision was OCS between South Sarnia and North Chatham, South Chatham and Blenheim (With Sarnia, Chatham, and Blenheim being 105) and and you still needed RTC clearance to go to Blenheim and enter the 105 at Blenheim.
