Caption: CP's power control, with whom I am usually highly frustrated, has granted Southern Ontario a gift. For the last couple of weeks, 2 of CP's 59 SD70ACU's have been assigned to trains 238-239 which once travelled London- Buffalo, but now flip in Welland. This shortcut has had 239 coming west in daylight as opposed to after dark; the nightmares of getting in and out of the US removed.
So taking advantage of the chance to catch one of the 2 CP Strathcona units in motion, aided by 7037, 7030 attacks Orr's Lake Hill with a short fast train.
