Hey Geoff, love your caption, and very nice picture ! Precision railroading at its best ! Ha, ha !! Hunter Harrison never really considered the back up nightmares when track became blocked. Amazing that a problem at a bridge way across the US border backs up trains way outside Windsor. By the way, with these parked monster trains, what do they about blocked level crossings ? They should go back to 50 car trains with one locomotive and then you can park in the Windsor Yard, and the crew can book off at a terminal instead of way out in an alpha field. And no blocked level crossings. So how did this all “un wind” ? Happy Canada Day !
