The N&W trailer is very appropriately placed behind the 3246.
I would think it mandatory that the crew be relieved after an incident like this.
Relieving the crew after a serious incident is a relatively new thing. I was involved in a few fatal incidents over the yrs & we just kept on working after Police etc were done with us. I can’t recall if the new policy was in effect as of 1992 or not. I was in a double fatal on the Pt. Burwell Sub in 1974 & one victim died right in front of us, yet we worked another 5 hrs after that.
