Could not resist this opportunity. My alias at the moment is Extra 5610 west, the 4810 (ex5610) was just posted earlier today, well, here is a 5610 to finish off a threesome. (39 years between the 2 photo's) :^) This string of units had sulphur empties in tow and were at the north end of the connecting track near Egremont. Time 8:00 on a grey/light sun morning.

    Thanks for complimenting my photo of CN 4810 with this great shot of CN 5610. It sure looks a lot better in your photo with the paint still in full vivid colours. Very neat that it matches your alias as well!!

    Thanks Paul for giving the last of the 38-2′s a nice photo tribute. When taking my photo’s back in the 80′s, I never would have guessed that these loco’s will be tacking up 50 years (or more – time will tell) of active service. So far they have escaped the face lift that their GP9 brothers received after putting in approx. 40 years of time.
