Caption: Controlling yourself when you are an overexuberant Foamer can be an exercise in futility. In this scene, the "Gang" anxiously awaits the arrival of the last eastbound VIA Buddcars thru Niagara, victims of the "Mulroney Cuts" of winter 1990. This turned out to be the last trip, period, as the railroad substituted buses for the return run later in the day.

Arnold!!
Spill the beans guys – who is who?
James: Wha-a-a-a-a-a ????? And to The Grepper: You won’t believe it, but I haven’t got a clue who any of those guys are. !! )
Apparently the dog was illustrating what the government was doing to VIA Rail at the time. Great shot
Marcus: You have that exactly right. Funny, thats not at all what I was thinking when I was trying to pen a caption, though. ) I guess the brain was going down the wrong track.
VERY friendly dog, I must say.
Reminds me of a rather gruff railfan out here who was not a dog person at all. One time, in Vernon, B.C., he got out of his car to take a shot and a very friendly dog jumped in and went to sleep on the passenger seat. It took him almost an hour to get the dog out of the car!
