CN's 7500-series GP38-2s (originally in the CN 5536-5559 group) had been converted to serve as hump mother units to work with slug units in the CN 500-526 series. However a number of them have been released into the general pool and here CN 7512 leads CN 9449 and CN 4719 as they cross over from the South Track to the North Track of the Halton Sub.
