Caption: CNR mixed train M339 arrives at Owen Sound behind H-6-c, 4-6-0 1525, built in 1908 for the Canadian Northern Railway. Despite only having a combine in tow, this equipment was used on a total of six trains in a little under six hours, six days per week over the ten mile long Wiarton Subdivision.

Beautiful scene
Isn’t that something, Marcus? Hard to believe that was once what Owen Sound looked like. The guy on the extreme left is holding what appears to be a 4×5 Super Graphic camera. That helps date the pic, along with that beautiful steam engine and all the rest of it.
