Caption: CN train 144 drifts down the grade into Bayview behind Tempo RS18 3152 on a fine September afternoon in 1973. At the time, CN ran four pairs of passenger trains to/from Windsor, one to/from London, three trains to/from Sarnia, and three trains to/from Niagara Falls through Bayview. Still more ran via "the back route" through Guelph and Kitchener.

Thanks for this shot John. These units were equipped with dual cab controls so could be operated in either direction while always facing “forward”. It seems that most of the time they are photographed with the short hood leading, so this is a nice change.
