CN Rapido 64 passes through Whitby ducking under Henry Street near the 1912-built station. Passenger service to this station ended in 1969, with it being relocated in 1970 by a group of local artists to the corner of Henry and Victoria Streets, just south of its original location. In 2004 it would be moved again, just across the street where it remains today.

  1. This is an amazing photo. Not the golden era of steam….but look at the paint scheme on the station…the unit(s) pulling their passengers….this picture truly does ‘paint a thousand words’.

  2. Wow !!! Need I say more, John ??
