    John: the stacks – well at least 3 – are capped with plastic bags, perhaps the photo was taken on a weekend or during some other down time?

    Interesting to note the steam era style numerals below the radiator grill.

    The Stacks are capped. 2 standard gauge units were kept on the Island at all times. Back up unit was usually stored inside but sometimes left outside for long periods of time.
