It had recently poured in Fort Erie, and the heavy presence of clouds is still seen to the east.

531 normally handles this work, however, for the time being, 531 is cancelled. Interestingly, the Port Rob to Buffalo runs (531 and 539) are usually an odd number, and the return an even number (530 and 538). But, with 562 now doing 531's job for the time being, it is the opposite with an even number from Port Rob to Buffalo (562) and an odd number on the return trip (561).
