Caption: CN 508 is seen on here on the Glenavon Subdivision at the appropriately named station of "Regina East". The Glenavon Sub runs from Regina SK to Kippling SK where it connects with the Cromer Subdivision which carries on to Brandon MB. From Brandon, trains continue up the Carberry Sub to eventually reunite with the main line (the Rivers Sub) at Petrel Jct. This 508 will not make the long branch line tour however. In fact it has only a couple more miles to go before arriving at a Viterra terminal to spot its entire train. The odd loaded grain train dose utilize this route however, Moose Jaw to Thunder Bay seems to be somewhat normal. I say "somewhat" as there are no regular trains on this portion of the line at all which can make it challenging to railfan.
