CN 435 is pictured westbound under the classic signal gantry at Paris West, one of my favourite (and memorable) train watching locations. Lately, there are some patched ex-Citirail units (3913-3932) under CN reporting marks floating around the system. A number of these Citirail units were tested on the CN system a few years back, and it was a treat to get them leading. They have a neat paint scheme in my opinion. Three other CN units trail, including a C40-8M third back. I remember my daughter and I were out on this day, and she got up from her nap just in time for this train.

  1. Indeed a great spot for watching trains. Nice catch!!

  2. Indeed it is. Not so much for EBs in the late day though if sunny.
