Super rare shot…neat to see in any lighting
This is super cool. I had heard of detours in the Trillium era but never thought it actually happened.
Dang this is awesome
I only knew about it because I was employed with Trillium Railway at that time.
What was the routing
Track work on the CN Stamford Sub west of Robbins to Clifton
Dean did it come from the Canal sub through welland? I believe since Bridge 10 was removed by 2000 they would have had to take trillium all the way from Feeder.
Came through from Feeder and onto the Canal Sub through Dain City, Tunnelbridge, and Welland onto the Thorold Sub.
