CN 3191 leads Q120 eastbound at Memramcook, New Brunswick, with the celebration CN 100 containers near the head end. They are destined for the next show at Halifax, Nova Scotia for next weekend. CN 3191 is also on the head end with the CN 100 scheme, a nice touch.

  1. Nice shot! But now…

What, CN couldn’t run a dedicated train? Stick a bunch of well cars with containers that look like European road signs on a regular train and set them out in the next town? Classy! I expected a bit more from one of the most powerful corporations in North America.

  2. @Robin. I agree with you 100%. The whole concept of celebrating CN’s 100th anniversary was that it should be something very special and unique ie NS and UP heritage units or a steam engine. Instead this whole idea of specially painted containers with things inside showing CN’s history is absolutely pathetic!!
