  1. That must be CN 435 on its way to Aldershot. The Metrolinx 312 is a cab car, not an engine. 435 sets off the tail end of its train at Aldershot, the cab car is destined for Metrolinx at Mimico.

  2. CN 435 used to move across “The Oakville” every day. Now, all GO Trains during the day with a few VIAs.

  3. Yes 435 used to come down the Bala Sub and then on to the Oakville Sub and do its setoff at Oakville. That was about 5 years ago. They had to wait for another track to be put in at Aldershot for 435′s traffic before they started running via the Halton Sub. Plus with GO owning the Bala Sub to Doncaster it cost CN wheelage for train moving through Union Station Rail Corridor.
