CN 1506 , this was a unit that had additional weight added for heavy ore transfer service around Sudbury, hence the 1500 series number.I am not sure how many there was in that number series, I believe 6-8.
Maybe someone has more info.

  1. There were 5 CN units in the 1500 series: 1504-1508. They weighed 246,000 pounds compared to the other SW1200RS units that weighed 222,000-226,000 pounds.
    I spent about 10 weeks during the summer of 1969 bashing cars around in Sudbury yard. This photo appears to have been taken on Y track behind the shop area of Algo Yard near Agnes and Bond Streets.
