CEFX 1569 and NECR 3940 shuffle cars in the yard at Brantford on a bitterly cold February morning. Both engines were in town to service the Burford Spur but would ultimately move around a bunch of cars for 597 that night before lifting the RLHH 3049 and heading back to Hamilton. 496 would return the next day to service Ingenia.

  1. Beauty shot! I thought this was recent until i looked at the date.

  2. That was an interesting move that day. I was shocked when I caught the 3 units returning to Hamilton.

  3. Is that the RLHH unit almost hidden back on the left?

  4. Correct Brad, they would lift the 3049 and head back to Hamilton. I shot the move here: http://www.railpictures.ca/?attachment_id=18007
