    If thats an auto rack, could this be train ML-9 ?? ( usually very late afternoon or very early evening )

    Referred to as a ‘jordan rail’. I don’t know where that terminology comes from.
    Its supposed to keep anything that derails, upright, and you’ll find them at all overpasses/underpasses.
