By now, the Halifax RR scene had been virtually decimated, with the near elimination of VIA and the subsequent closure of the roundhouse operations. But Dartmouth still soldiered on, much as it had a decade or so earlier. Yes, it was all MLW but they could still be found.
In a few weeks, I will get to see how much has changed in the last 25 years.
