Borrowed a company car & drove down to Carcross YT from Whitehorse YT with the flimsy excuse that I needed to see a certain building when I only wanted to see WP&Y station at Carcross. Some words were said when I got back but it was worth it! While there a mixed train from Whitehorse showed up so I took a few pictures of it and I will share them at a latter date. The train stopped long enough for the passengers to get off and stretch their legs. Today The WP&Y goes no further north than Carcross.

  1. Ever shoot a train in whitehorse?

Regardless these are great pictures, just before it all fell apart.

  2. Stephen! I did take some train pictures in Whitehorse. I caught one mixed train that had just arrived from Skagway Alaska. It may have been one the last ones put together with vehicles on flat cars just like they did in the 1950′s. The pictures still need fixing prior to posting.
