Caption: BCOL 4646, BCOL 4651 head East towards Smith, AB with the daily McLennan-Edmonton freight. What's neat is that the day before, I was working in McLennan and helped couple these 2 locomotives together! From what I know, these 2 would stay together rom Edmonton through the states, and head into Ontario 4 days later together on Q148! They then would be split up onto the same train (M372 from Toronto to Montreal, with 1 of them being the leader, and 1 being a DPU)... pretty neat being the conductor who made this lashup for many other railfans out east aswell!
