Back in the day, there was a train with a schedule that was concrete. The St Thomas Oshawa frame train went east by Galt around 8am and west back west with empties around 1500. 2 GP's as the normal power; GP9's more often than anything else, although I did see it with GP38's and even ex-B&M GP 40-2's.
