Caption: Back in May I had an opportunity to photo what I considered would be my last shots of the Southern Ontario Railway operating this line. However, I was lucky enough on a wonderfully sunny Sunday afternoon of the Civic Holiday weekend to find the SOR working away. Here, and with a few weeks left before CN takes over operation of it's 'former' Hagersville Subdivision, SOR 3049 along with QG 2500 ad SOR 3404 pull a string of cars to drop to their various customers in the Nanticoke Industrial Park.
Thank you goes to the employees under parent company Genessee & Wyoming. Your patience with us foamers is appreciated, and we hope for you nothing but the best despite the turn of events. We will miss seeing you, along with your standout orange, yellow and black engines.

This repainted GP40 looks so much better than the ones still working at CN. A coat of paint makes quite a difference.
Seems like everyone was down here while I was on vacation! Good job Todd!
