This bridge looks like it was painted silver at one point…
All NYC/ PC wayside structures were painted ‘silver’.
Arnold, I could guess this is a ‘bridge turn’ as those D&M boxes likely came back empty from delivering Charmin’ tissue to Mehoopany. Which was a LV destination, but we’re 4-plus years after the Valley was dissected by Big Blue.
Either that or it’s CG-41 as you surmise.
