Autumns colours maybe almost history at mile 30 but they are alive and well in the consist of 399 this day, in the form of a BNSF GE and New England Central GP38 2048 (rebuilt from a GP40). The NECR unit was in transit from Butler, Pa to Vermont but has taken a wrong turn at Toronto and is heading west again. The shot here is parallel to the new golf course and was once a popular hang out for many railfans including those from the Georgetown Railfan Society
( not an official group :)
