Caption: ANYTHING BUT NORMAL! It was a chilly one last week, and again I found myself crazy enough to be outside braving the elements before work waiting for the inevitable and usually normal CP train 141. A few days before, other photographers had already nabbed leased CN 8909 on a string of freights working hard for the power short Canadian Pacific. Even my previous attempt, from standing in the rain and photographing 8909 in the lead led to being 'just ok' photos due to poor weather and well, not double checking my camera settings! After that, disappointment left a bitter taste in the mouth along with a nasty cold. But good things do happen, and braving the gusts of wind I was ready for the second chance. This is not your everyday train!!! With the sun about to make it's brief morning appearance, CN 8909 is again in the lead followed by UP 8031 and CSX 4541 hauling CP train 141 west through Chatham.

That’s a wild lashup!
Did anyone notice the CSX is not straight? Or is it an illusion?
@ Driver8666…It is true. The CSX is on crooked. I had to do a double take when editing my photo!
@ Kevin Flood…it is a wild lash up. Thanks for your comment.
