Another scene that cannot be repeated...  The SD's no longer pull coal, the big tree has been gone for years, the natural grass is now an hay field, the Shaw Springs Restaurant across the road has long been closed awaiting a buyer that will never come. The towns and businesses along the Thompson and Fraser Rivers continue to dwindle, their populations leaving for greener pastures and the road traffic that sustained now travels to the east on a super highway....
