Another image of the NRHS Buffalo Chapter excursion using two CPR D10's, this time 1098 and 1092 are shown heading northbound on the Orangeville Sub at Charleston Sideroad, north of Cataract in Caledon, possibly doing a run-by. The train is about halfway on its trip from Streetsville north to Orangeville. According to mid-1950's aerial imagery, Charleson Sideroad originally passed under the Orangeville Sub where the two D10's are, sometime before the alignment here was shifted north to the present-day elevated road overpass (the old alignment was renamed Quarry Drive). This shot was either taken from a nearby hillside, or possibly an embankment of the overpass (the access road in the foreground wasn't present a few years earlier, so could have been a construction access road).

This was another old Ektachrome that had badly colour-shifted and required a fair bit of tweaking to restore. It didn't have any location or photo details other than the process date stamp, but having shot the Orangeville-Brampton Railway here before I recognized the spot.
