Per Colin Churcher’s Industrial Locomotive archives: MLW S4, built Sept. 1952 as CN 8018, to Canada Starch 7 in 1976, to Andrew Merrilees, 1988, to Hull, Chelsea & Wakefield Railway in 1990, eventually scrapped.
According to http://www.trainweb.org/oldtimetrains/industrial/ont/casco.htm, the locomotive was sold to a tourist operation after CASCO and was later scrapped
