Hot on its heels is train 211 for Rouyn-Noranda, and both trains were sitting nose to tail about 15 miles north of Englehart for a while. 213 is actually here running under a "Work" authority between Englehart and Swastika Junction allowing 211 to be given a clearance to the junction "protecting against the Work 2101" so the two trains can advance themselves without constant track releases and incremental clearances from the dispatcher (the ONR line is un-signaled).
