According to my notes, this was the last train I saw on a rather productive Wednesday away from work. It is late day and the sun fortunately is behind cloud, otherwise this shot would be toast. Because the last two units, SD40-2 (wide) are brand-new and on their very first run, I went to Aldershot to get more photos of them as this eastbound worked the yard until sunset. Power is CN 9659, 2541, 9452, 5299 and 5298. I did not record car count but two cabeese brought up the rear, #79523 and 79558. I miss the Zebra Stripes.........

  1. Agreed, zebra stripes sorely missed.

  2. Yup, remember thinking that the GTW units on the Lazer (sp?)trains were a refreshing break from the zoo!

  3. And a Multi mark CP box in the mix! Very nice!
