Caption: About halfway through it's 166.3 mile journey, CNR J-4-e Pacific 5126 (MLW June, 1920) hustles daily except Sunday train 173 along just north of Drayton approaching the crossing of Wellington Road 8. Having departed Hamilton James Street Station at 0550h, the train is due at Palmerston at 1103h, departing at 1120h for the final leg of the journey to Owen Sound, arriving at 1345h. With a scheduled stop at Drayton station at 1042h, we can reasonably presume it is about 1050h at the time of this photo. 5126 would be scrapped in February 1960.
