Caption: A westbound train, that's all I knew and it will hit the good light after 6:30 PM in Galt - so I went for my first attempt at the Galt Bridge in 2020 - something I usually only do a couple times a season. Clearance 131 to the the 8918 west, proceed from Begin/End CTC Sign Guelph Junction to Ayr. Rats, but I was in for a penny, may as well go for the pound. Upon arrival I composed my shot, the train turned out to be a single unit wonder, but then I'm thinking, what if it's DPU? Jackpot! This 651 was also quite interesting, single engine up front, mainfest, a GREX ballast train, more manifest including the usual OMYA cars, more gondolas (pictured), DPU, more manifest, then the usual 651 ethanol cars. A very long train too. 15 years ago it would have been 3 trains :)

Quite the variety pack on this one…! Mr. Allen and I both photographed this train (unbeknownst to one another) at Guelph Junction. Nice shot, Host.
Pretty sure the hopper after the DPU were the buffer cars. Still an interesting set up though. I had a friend catch it in Milton.
Yes you are right Isaac.
